The Formation Committee is composed of an elected official representing the seven communities that have agreed to the Memorandum of Understanding. The Formation Committee members will be empowered to make formal votes on behalf of their communities on decision impacting the potential RTA.

This group will help provide feedback to the Formation and Technical committees and will also assist with community outreach and engagement.
